A Message from Bishop Pryse

Remember, that we are Easter people, and that our risen Lord is walking with us in these difficult days. Although we are not able to physically gather in worship, Easter is not postponed. From Nurse Christine

There has been some recommendations recently that there may be some benefit to wearing a fabric mask when needing to do necessary errands.

I would also suggest that if for some reason you need to seek medical attention, one could be worn when out. If you have one, they should be washed after each use with regular laundry. Clean your hands before putting one on and again when you take it off.

Special thanks to Donna Harris and her daughter Lauren for making these masks and helping to deliver them. Special thanks to an anonymous church member for donating supplies and your guidance in how to make these.

You need to do what you can to keep yourself well.

Christine shares some tips for keeping well. Read here

From the treasurer

Treasurer Richard Brubacher has shared his latest financial report. In summary: results for the three months ending March 31 in the Ministry and Mission account reflect a deficit of $2,365 compared with a budgeted deficit of $3.044. The unfavourable difference of $679 was due to expenses lower than plan, offset by lower income. Income in March was 31% below the same month last year.  See the Report
